About Northfold

AI decisions should start with operating reality.

Northfold is a Canadian advisory practice that helps businesses decide where AI belongs, which opportunities are realistic, and what should remain human-owned.

The practice

A Canadian advisory practice for practical AI decisions.

Northfold works with Canadian businesses with 10 to 500 employees. The primary engagement is an AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment that reviews workflow value, evidence quality, readiness gaps, implementation risk, and human ownership.

The assessment starts at $7,500 CAD. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after a fit check, before payment or delivery work begins.

How Northfold works

Evidence before action.

01

Diagnose first

Northfold starts with business context, workflows, evidence, readiness, and risk before recommending tools or build work.

02

Prioritize honestly

Each opportunity is separated into what can move now, what needs a narrow pilot, what needs more evidence, and what should stay human-owned.

03

Keep the decision useful

The goal is a clear operating decision, not a long list of AI ideas or a recommendation shaped by software commissions.
