Northfold works with Canadian businesses with 10 to 500 employees. The primary engagement is an AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment that reviews workflow value, evidence quality, readiness gaps, implementation risk, and human ownership.
The assessment starts at $7,500 CAD. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after a fit check, before payment or delivery work begins.
